FAQ
Q: Do we have gluten free?
A: We do indeed. We make our own GF dough using chestnut flour, rice flour, potato starch and maize starch. Just ask at the till or if you are ordering online it can be selected for any pizza.
We must inform you that the GF dough is prepared in the same kitchen as our regular dough and the pizza is cooked in the same oven as our regular dough, so although we take every precaution to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee a totally gluten free environment. Hope this helps.
